When your celebration arrives, your only job should be soaking it all in. This service is available for all kinds of events: milestones, birthdays, intimate gatherings, and yes, weddings too. Whether you need an extra set of hands the day before, a personal assistant the morning of (coffee included ☕️), or on-the-ground assistance to keep everything moving smoothly, I’ll match the level of support to what your moment needs.

On-site support is about peace of mind. It’s knowing the plans you put in place are being carried out thoughtfully, so you can relax and be fully in your moment.

Here’s how it works:

  1. Reach out to me—we’ll talk through the kind of support you’re looking for, confirm availability, and get you booked.

  2. We’ll align on the run-of-show details and planning materials needed, with the option to add virtual planning assistance in advance for a more hands-on prep experience.

  3. When it’s time to celebrate, I’ll be there smoothing out the wrinkles and sprinkling some magic where needed, while you get to enjoy the moments everyone will be talking about long after the party ends 🫶

What on site support can include:

  • Extra hands for setup, prep, walk-throughs, or last-minute details so nothing feels rushed.

  • Keeping things moving according too plan: arrivals, transitions, timing cues, and gentle nudges when needed.

  • Coordinating arrivals, answering questions, and making sure everyone knows where to be and when.

  • Assisting with signage, stationery, place settings, welcome areas, and other design details you’ve already planned.

  • From snack runs and check-ins to keeping essentials close at hand, I’ll be there to support you, not just the party.

  • Gathering and organizing your decor and other items, and making sure everything is closed out.

What on site support isn’t:

On site support is designed to complement the planning you’ve already done.

On-site support doesn’t include:

  • Full-service event coordination

  • Large-scale decor or rentals setup

  • Guest management or venue staffing

  • Complete end-of-event teardown
